❓ ¿Qué pasa si necesito una figura con urgencia?

You can contact us via WhatsApp to see if we have that figure in stock or if we can arrange express delivery so you can pick it up at a physical location, in Quito or on the outskirts of the Los Chilos Valley.

❓ ¿Puedo solicitar un reembolso?

We do not accept returns on custom-made and personalized pieces. In the event of an error or exceptional situation, you can write to us so we can review your case and find a fair solution.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes 🌍 We ship to:

• USA

• Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Peru, etc.)

• Europe (Spain, France, Germany)

• Other countries under consultation

We ship via FedEx, DHL or Agilex.

Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 business days depending on the country. 📦 Some figures already include international shipping (you will see it in the product sheet).

If it's not included, you'll see it reflected when you checkout. It's important to fill out the shipping information clearly and specifically so it arrives safely.
